Permanent Loans
Long-term financing (5–30 years) for finished, stabilized properties such as offices, retail centers, industrial buildings, and multifamily. Lower rates and longer amortization.

Bridge Loans
Short-term (6–36 months), interest-only loans meant to “bridge” the time until a property becomes stabilized and can qualify for permanent financing.

Construction Loans
Short-term, draw-based loans that fund construction in phases. Typically interest-only during construction. Converted later into a permanent loan (sometimes as a construction-to-perm loan).
